What is HR software and what does 247HRM cover?
HR software automates and centralises every people-related process: hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance, engagement and exit. 247HRM is a complete HRMS built for Indian mid-market businesses (200–5,000 employees). It covers 20 modules including Core HR, Recruitment (ATS), Onboarding, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Performance,
Talent Analysis, LMS, Engagement, Wellbeing Surveys, Rewards & Recognition, Helpdesk, Documents, Workflows, Travel & Expense, Loans & Advances, Timesheets and Exit. 1500+ companies across 30+ industries use it today.
What is the difference between an HRMS and HR software?
The terms are used interchangeably in India. Technically, “HRMS” (Human Resource Management System) refers to the full platform covering operational HR (records, attendance, payroll) and strategic HR (performance, engagement, succession), while “HR software” is often used more loosely. 247HRM is a full HRMS, not a point tool, so a single login covers hire-to-exit for the entire workforce.
What are the 11 live AI features in 247HRM?
Five are inside Performance: AI Goal Bank, AI SWOT generation, AI Action Plans, AI Sentiment Analysis on feedback, and Multi-Language Translation. Three are inside the ATS / Recruitment module: AI JD Creation, AI Resume Parsing, AI Candidate Scoring. One is inside Attendance: AI Face Recognition. Three are platform-wide: website chatbot, in-app employee chatbot, and AI text enhancement for HR letters. All eleven are live in production; none are roadmap items.
How does 247HRM reduce HR admin time by 65%?
Three things drive the saving across our customer base. First, employee self-service: leave, payslip, profile, claim and policy access moves to the employee’s mobile, removing the HR helpdesk middle-step. Second, workflow automation: onboarding, exit, letter generation and approvals run on configured rules instead of email. Third, AI assistance inside performance, recruitment and self-service. The 65% figure is the average reported by customers in the 250–3,000 employee range during their first year on the platform.
Does 247HRM include payroll?
Yes. Payroll is a native module, not an integration. It handles statutory components (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS), Form 16 generation, multi-entity and multi-state rules, and bank file outputs. Attendance, leave and reimbursement data flow into payroll automatically, so there is no parallel data entry. For deep payroll-only buyers, we have a dedicated payroll page; for full HR buyers, payroll is part of the same platform you are reading about.
Is 247HRM ready for the 2026 Labour Codes?
Yes. The platform is configured to comply with the four consolidated codes once they are notified: the Code on Wages, the Code on Social Security, the Industrial Relations Code and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code. Definition of “wages”, basic salary thresholds, gratuity rules and fixed-term-employment workflows are switchable in our compliance engine and will activate on the effective date.
Can 247HRM handle multiple legal entities and states?
Yes, without per-entity surcharge. You can configure separate legal entities, locations, branches and cost centres with their own payroll, statutory IDs (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TIN), pay structures, holidays and approval chains. Group-level dashboards roll up consolidated headcount, attrition and cost; entity-level dashboards stay scoped to that user.
How long does implementation take?
For a typical 500-employee single-entity rollout, go-live for Core HR, attendance and leave happens in 3–4 weeks. Payroll is added in week 5–6 after one parallel run. Performance, engagement and LMS can be activated in subsequent phases. Each implementation is led by our in-house team, not a partner; you get a named project manager from week one.
What does 247HRM cost?
Three tiers. Core: ₹5,999 base + ₹99 per employee per month, covering Core HR, attendance, leave, payroll, self-service. Professional: ₹8,999 base + ₹159 PEPM, adding recruitment (ATS), onboarding, performance and LMS. Premium: ₹11,999 base + ₹199 PEPM, adding engagement, helpdesk, advanced workflows, custom reports and the full AI suite. Annual contracts get 15% off the published rates. No charge for additional legal entities or states.
Is there a mobile app for employees?
Yes. Native iOS and Android apps for employees and managers. Employees use it for attendance (with AI face recognition + geo-tagging), leave requests, payslip download, claim submission, policy lookup, helpdesk tickets and the in-app chatbot. Managers approve, review team availability, and check team dashboards. The app supports offline check-in for field staff in low-connectivity environments.
How secure is 247HRM with my employee data?
247HRM is certified ISO/IEC 27001 (information security), ISO/IEC 27701 (privacy), GDPR-aligned, and AICPA SOC 2 Type II audited. Data is hosted in Indian data centres with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is role-based with single sign-on (SAML), MFA, and a tamper-evident audit log of every field change. Employee data is never used to train external AI foundation models.
Which industries do you support?
30+ industries, with the deepest footprint in manufacturing, retail/jewellery, healthcare, education, construction, automotive dealerships and pharma. Each industry has pre-built shift patterns, allowance rules, statutory configurations and report templates so go-live happens against best practice instead of from scratch.
How does 247HRM compare to Keka, Zoho People and GreytHR?
All four are credible options for Indian mid-market. 247HRM differs on three dimensions our customers cite most: 11 live AI features (more than typical competitors), an included multi-entity model without per-entity surcharge, and a named CSM plus in-house managed implementation by default. Pricing starts lower than Keka and is comparable to Zoho People at scale. See the comparison table above for the side-by-side.
What integrations are available?
Out-of-the-box: leading biometric and access-control devices (eSSL, Matrix, ZKTeco), Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, DocuSign, payment gateways and Indian banks for salary bulk-upload. A REST API and webhooks are available on Professional and Premium tiers for custom integrations.
What dashboards and reports come built in?
Three role-based dashboards by default. The CXO dashboard tracks headcount, attrition, cost-per-employee, gender ratio, span of control, top movers and engagement index. The HR Head dashboard tracks open positions, onboarding pipeline, leave liability, statutory deadlines and audit readiness. The Manager dashboard tracks team availability, pending approvals, performance status and feedback completion. Plus 100+ standard reports and a custom report builder that exports to Excel and PDF.
