Talent is complex and leaders manage and make people decisions using information. We know that all employees don’t engage or perform similarly. 

Their potential and capabilities vary. Each employee has unique strengths and development areas. Achievement of goals requires a lot more than just supervision. 247HRM understands that talent decisions are required to be made for managing teams and achieving organization growth. Respective supervisors assess team members on performance, potential, job fitment, loyalty, development areas and strengths but such information is not easy to possess. 247HRM Talent Analysis module facilitates talent decisioning in a graphical representation aided with custom filters for granular clarity.

The proprietary inbuilt algorithm processes these inputs to provide a dashboard of recommendations on talent decisions to be made. The product insights into Career Progression, Succession planning, Retention management, Job fitment and Development needs using the questionnaire and algorithm helps the leadership take the right people decisions. The front end was designed for interventions to ensure enhanced organisational capability.

Key observations requiring urgent attention can be made  action plans using the Action Planning tab provided in the product. The decisions that are taken from the Talent Analysis module can be assigned to a specific person responsible along with details. The dashboard in the tab helps assign quickly, track progress on an Action plan and also build workflows to achieve action plans.
