247HRM Leave management system allows you to define unlimited leave types.

Different leave types can be assigned to different grades and employment types. Leave benefits automatically change when employee grades or employment types are changed. Leave applications can be accepted from our desktop based utility, excel sheets or from the Employee Self Service portal. Approvals can be made from the desktop or from the ESS. Leave balances are kept up-to-date on a monthly basis. Automatic leave accruals are applied at the end of the month and the new balance is calculated. 

Our Leave Management System supports customizable multilevel approval workflow. The system sends out email notifications to the applicant and the approving authorities during the leave approval process. This limits the number of leaves per encashment and the balance after encashment can be defined by leave type. When leave encashment is approved the amount can be paid in the next Payroll cycle.
