## Attendance, face recognition and geo-tagging

Attendance capture works three ways: AI face recognition from a phone (no biometric hardware needed), geo-tagged mobile check-in (GPS + selfie + timestamp), and physical biometric devices.
The universal device driver supports 7+ brands and 50+ models (eSSL, ZKTeco, Matrix COSEC, Realtime/BioMax, Anviz, Suprema, generic RFID), so existing hardware does not need replacing. Real-time sync in under a second.
Geo-fencing is available as a Premium add-on (₹50 PEPM, minimum 20 users): it blocks or flags check-ins made outside a defined boundary.
CLAIM BOUNDARY — do not overstate this: 247HRM verifies check-ins. It does NOT continuously track staff location between check-ins and there is no live map of field staff. Continuous geo-tracking is on the roadmap, not shipped.
