Employee’s personal data changes from time to time. Employees can view & maintain their data using 247HRM.

HR HelpDesk

It allows employees to communicate with the HR team there by making it easier for them to offer suggestions, raise queries or grievances. This secure mail will only be visible to the employee who initiated the conversation and the designated personnel in HR who handle queries of that nature. Our threaded view allows HR personnel & employees to easily keep track of tickets. Tickets are stored even after closure to ensure transparency & accountability.

Document Management System

Using 247HRM’s powerful DMS employees can view their pay-slips, company documents (like HR Handbook, newsletters etc), Joining reports, appraisals, andrestricted documents (to which they have access) in a secure viewer. Employees can upload their own documents for inclusion in the DMS.

Appraisal Management

It allows employees to fill in appraisal forms that have been assigned to them. The form is presented to the employee, question by question, on their browser. All that the employee needs to do select the appropriate option and save. Once the form is completed & submitted, the overall appraisal rating for the employee is calculated and made available to the decision making authority. Key Result Areas can be set by managers for their team members and can be attached to appraisal forms.

Leave Management

It allows the organization to automate the leave application and approval process supported by documents. Multi-level leave approvals are supported using HRFlow a flexible HR workflow engine which can be set up to match the organizations requirements.Capture Employee Requests.View details of an application, historical data, balances and its current state.Notifications of application, approval or rejection are sent automatically.

Income Tax

The Income Tax functionality enables the organization to reduce the complexity of managing employee tax deductions. Each employee can generate an IT planner at any time. The planner takes into account earned salary, projected salary, savings projections and prepares a planner. The employee can plug in different savings values and the planner will display the tax liability. The employee can then enter the savings in our Employee Self Service Portal along with any supporting documents. Once these plans are approved by the concerned authority they will be considered in determining the monthly TDS of the employee for the remaining part of the year. This exercise can be carried out at any time in the financial year depending on the company’s practices.
